>> Entry at clubs will be permitted after taking particular colour code bands

All room rates are exclusive of 18% Goods Service Tax on published tariff. These are subject to change as per government policies.
Arrival & Departure Policy:
Check- in: 12 noon
Check- out: 15:00 hrs.
Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, room to be reserved from the previous night. Rooms are held until 6 pm on day of arrival unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit.
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment by Net Banking. All major cards are accepted.
One child under 8 years of age can stay in the parents rooms free of charge.
All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved photo identity card for Indian Nationals and Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals on Arrival.
Limitation of liability:
Peninsula Grand Hotel and/or the Payment Service Providers shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or delay in, or omission of (a) any data, information or message, or (b) the transmission or delivery of any such data, information or message; or (c) any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any such inaccuracy, error, delay or omission, non-performance or interruption in any such data, information or message. Under no circumstances shall the Peninsula Redpinee Hotel and/or the Payment Service Providers, its employees, directors, and its third party agents involved in processing, delivering or managing the Services, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including punitive or exemplary arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of or any inadequacy or deficiency in the provision of the Services or resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of transmissions of data or arising from suspension or termination of the Services.
Peninsula Grand Hotel and the Payment Service Provider(s) assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by the User on account of:
(I) the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway or Services in connection thereto; and/ or (ii) any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway. The User shall indemnify and hold harmless the Payment Service Provider(s) and Peninsula Grand Hotel and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions arising out of or in connection with the utilization of the Services.
The User agrees that Peninsula Grand Hotel or any of its employees will not be held liable by the User for any loss or damages arising from your use of, or reliance upon the information contained on the Website, or any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to circumstance beyond Peninsula reasonable control.
At any circumstances the liability of Peninsula Grand Hotel would be limited upto the value of payment received from the user by Debit/Credit Card and Net banking.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
48 Hrs Refund Policy - 100% refund will be made on all cancellations made 48 hrs prior to the arrival date. Check-in time is 15:00 hrs. The GST is non-refunded.
Cancellation Policy - Room Rate + GST will be charged for all cancellations made after 48 hrs from the arrival date (before 48 hrs, 2 days). Check-in time is 15:00 hrs.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Peninsula Grand Hotel does not oblige for any failure by Peninsula to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If Peninsula Grand Hotel disregards any rights available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
You are completely accountable for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.
